Things to test

  - Youtube live stream
  - stream from OBS on the desktop
  - Check with ISP as to why we can't see stream
  - Stream with another HDMI device

Find out from Paul Garner with Moore Computing, what kind of router do we have here. Could the router be enabling the traffic but restricting the flow? 

Paul said Cathedral uses a Fortinet firewall - it's possible its' restricting RTMP and wasn't temporarily the other day?

Talking to St. Michael's and their Youtube appears to stream as soon as the microphones turn on.

Policies & Objects > Policy > Proxy Options > Protocol Port Mapping > Enable RTMP
