Need to evaluate redmine for general use, small biz use. In the past it was easily deployed using Softaculous on shared hosting. It's not an attractive interface. A few template systems / css skins have been developed for it that may bring it up to modern standards.

It would be good to compare Redmine to Jira for the important things. How does Redmine handle scrum activities, connection to wiki pages, kanban, etc.
